Describe your home town

My home town is Grey mouth, we have a massive Grey River and a Cobden Bridge going from Cobden to the town side. We have loads of shops and things to do, like we have the warehouse, new world, countdown. We have eating places, mc donalds, kfc, dominos, chinese, indian, fish 'n'chips and all sorts. We have great tourist spots, like the pancake rocks, rapohoe, punakaiki. We have beaches, swimming pools and lagoons to keep you cool. I think Grey mouth is a great town to live in, theres so much things to do.

My Three Top Facts About New Zealand

1. The Maori name for New Zealand is Aotearoa which means the land of the long white cloud.

2. It was the first major nation to have universal suffrage. In 1893 all male and female citizens are legally allowed to vote.

3. The Auckland City Sky Tower is the tallest freestanding structure in the Southern Hemisphere at 328 meters high.

Bullying Poster

 This is my Bullying Poster, my class had to make one about bullying and all the different kinds of bullying, lots of kids are getting bullied from their own friends, some people who bully kids have been bullied before. When kids do get bullied, they get sad and depressed and when they are it hurts them inside to know that their so called "friends".

This is my card to Shantytown, Room 4 and Room 2 (My class room), we got invited to go to Shantytown and act that we were in the World War One 1914-1918, it was very fun because we got to act as Nurses, Stretcher Beares and Soldiers In The War. Shantytown dug a tench for Blaketown boys to go in.

This is a poster that I made about the Battle of Somme in Mametz, and Im wearing a real world war German helmet called The Picklehaub Helmet and the big heavy coat is a world war one jacket.

We had to work on Anzac, We had to research the people and how they passed away like were they shot in action or were they carried to the ambulance and passed away that day.

My Visual Mihi.

Our class room made these and they are called visual mihi and we made them a couple weeks ago its pictures of our family and we  coloured them in how we wanted to. I have my two sisters Simone and Bryony, Brynoy has three kids, Jayla, Lakin and Damon and my Mum and my Dad. I have my nana and grandad too.
